I have a small keloid leftover from a long-closed cartilage piercing that gets irritated when headphones or my glasses hit it to much. I put neosporin on it for years without much relief. Sustained a laceration above my lip about a year ago. Does a good job of helping to hide a bad scar on face. The scar-guard material will show so I applied make-up over it and it worked very well. It certainly made me much less self-conscious! Small bottle goes a long way! I cannot say for sure that it helps the scar to heal since the improvement could just as well be passage of time. Expect continued healing and improvement over six month.
